Located on K St. in Downtown DC, the Edgewood recording-studio hosted many traveling stars and local labels (such as Shrine Records). It dominated the DC recording-studio scene until the early 70s when many engineers broke away to form their own studios. Acetates bearing the Edgewood logo were cut for many local Soul Musicians (see example)
